Fuefuki City is a land of breathtaking natural beauty—characterized by its purple mountains and clear waters—nestled amidst majestic peaks: Mount Fuji, a sacred mountain that is Japan’s pride; the stately Southern Alps; and the Yatsugatake Mountains, rich in nature. It was here that the workshop of La Bottega di Emilio was born in 2024.

Salami Cacciatore
It is said that hunters carried it with their hunting companions,and it is a small salami with wild spices.A soft and moist salami that brings out the natural flavor of the meat.
Truffle Salami

We aimed to create a soft salami with a sweet taste.The spices are mild, so you won't get tired of the taste.The minced meat is coarse, so you can enjoy the natural flavor of the meat in this long salami.
Salami picante
A southern Italian-style salami that combines the aroma of red peppers with the delicious flavor of meat. The spiciness spreads gently in your mouth, and you can enjoy the spices and meaty flavor with every bite.
